Simply; login into WMHCS >> go to Setup >> General Settings and then into the mail tab you can set different email details.
Sorry, do your hosting provider don't know that? If so then it is time to change to a trustworthy hosting compagny.

Ok, so if I read this right, you're looking to have the main Ip and the extra IP sent to the user correct? If that's the case, you should only need to edit the welcome emails from inside of WHMCS and include the variable settings. For example:

Main IP: {$service_dedicated_ip}
Additional IP addresses: {$service_assigned_ips}

As Cableguy pointed out, you should really be checking this on the WHMCS forums as it's all documented there many many times.

Vegas. Do you have a legal copy of WHMCS?

I don't see anyone with your user name there and I don't see similar questions.

If you have a legal copy then why are you not using their forums?

I think I'm done answering these questinos too. There's now been a number of BASIC questions that you're asking about WHMCS and either you're not using a legal copy, you're not using their forums, or you're not bothering to check the documentation which is very easy to search and use.

How to edit a welcome email - that's all you'd need to type in the documentation. For that matter, a simple click of the System tab in WHMCS will show you the emails you can edit.

Time to step up here Vegas and use the WHMCS forums for exactly what they're for - SUPPORT.

I personally don't mind providing help to someone through other mediums, but I provide HELP not FULL solutions with the user on the other end not lifting their finger.

Good luck to you.

@Conor - I was wondering how long that would take. I had already given up trying to help the OP.

For my money, you offer more in-depth assistance than any member in any forum I frequent.

Yeah, I try to provide help as much as possible, and have no problem teaching someone if they're wanting to learn something, but just like my nephew, I refuse to do his homework for him. If he wants me to check answers, or show him how to do something, I'm all for it, but I already did my time in school and don't need an A+ any more (or in my case it was usually a C+)

Can you provide the extra step that you had to do so that anyone else who later reads this thread knows what you did? That way you're helping the next person resolve the issue if they run into it.
