Can I install Proxmox VE OR VMware vSphere to do little vps's inside my root cpanel vps?

According to my experience, it is not possible to install VMware vSphere inside your root cPanel VPS.

If your cPanel VPS is a Xen HVM (or other fully virtualized environment and not a para-virtualized environment) then you can. This means no for OpenVZ, Virtuozzo, Xen PV, and quite a few other virtualizations that VPS are commonly run on.

Ultimately I wouldn't suggest running virtualization inside of a virtualized environment anyways.
