Are they reliable enough to sign up with them with no further questions?

I guess, there is not need to go into source. Because even if you are dealing through a reseller's web site, you will only know that reseller. Main provider will not deal your issues.

So, you need to just test the front end dealer. Best way is to contact their support many times to check their response and quality before finalizing.

Never really heard of them but the best thing to do would be to search for their reviews on google and make your own conclusion about them there.
