The most popular is Paypal, I've used it too but I'm not really very comfortable with the charges.
I used to work for this payments processing company here in the Philippines and it's similar to PayNearMe in the US. It's pretty cool because you can order off the internet and then you can pay via any 7-Eleven branch.

We use Paypal and Quantum Gateway to handle our payments no problems other than a few fraudsters can get through maxmind, but tweaking it any more sensitive to fraud nabs normal customers.

I always prefer paypal, and it's must secure pay or get paid worldwide.

A lot of paypal love here, so my question is would you go somewhere else if they didn't take paypal? All paypal users will have a debit/credit card (if they're an adult) so do have an alternative payment method.

I always try to avoid buying anything online if the seller does NOT accept PayPal. On the rare occasion I do have to use a credit card online it's usually business related so I use the company card and don't mind that much.

For personal purchases online I almost never use my personal cards, unless it's a very trusted and well known site (e.g- Newegg.com, Amazon.com, ect..).

Question for others, past credit cards, and paypal, what's the next most popular service? 2CO Google?

Weve been using Paypal for over 5 years now, and have found it to be the least trouble and most reliable.

Credit Card, paypal, and google checkout. Stay away from 2checkout, their rates are very high. Authorize.net is preferred and their support is top notch.

Most popular payment methods are 2checkout and paypal. Also Authorize.net is very convenient and user friendly cc processor.

Dwolla is a growing platform & Stripe.

Hopefully they both soon support other countries soon!
