Their is a lot of ILLEGAL activity going through Paypal and all the FSA did with Paypal was refuse to renew their licence, so PP registered in Luxemburg and are still allowed to trade in the UK.

So for them to ban a payment provider, must be very serious

The best and the secure payment method is paypal because in paypal you can call for your refund if you are not satisfied with the service and regarding to security paypal is awesome.

Hosting is a non tangible item and not covered by Paypals buyer protection, so you wont win any claim for a refund

We have had experience with Paypal, Payza (Alertpay), Moneybookers, all major credit cards and have even excepted western union/moneygram on a few occasions. All are viable options.

But then again the amount of legit business going through PayPal is huge. Probably not best compare to the two as I personally believe you'll get very different rations in terms of legit:illegal usage.

Then again no one but Payza/AlertPay and those directly involved will know for sure.

Hello,

It depends upon services you want to signup and the payment method allowed by service provider. I do prefer for credit card payment.

We accept paypal and credit cards through stripe. Haven't had any problem with either of them so far.

So lucky, I just wish Stripe was available in the country I am in. I've heard soooo many positive things about them.

There's a lot of credit card fraud so we prefer customers use Paypal since Paypal has done a lot of the verification for us and we are protected as hosting is an intangible good. As a customer, though, I prefer to use credit card with merchants as there are consumer protections and you can dispute and chargeback.

Intangible goods are not protected either for the seller or buyer.
