Hi
As the title says "Wonder whats up with RVGlobal Soft?"

For several years i have had an active RVskin licence on my server and even today I have an active licence which is working 100%.

Recently they have merged all their services under the 1 billing system.

several days ago i got the renewal invoice

GENERATE ON: 26 Sep 2013
DUE DATE: 23 May 2014

rather early so i thought no problem i will pay this, so went to login to pay and my details not recognised, so thinking i may have the password wrong and set a password reminder, which i get and reset the password. using these details goto login and get faced with

"Unable to continue - your account has been closed"

Strange as i have an active licence and an active unpaid invoice. emailed their support , but so far they have not replied apart from the automated reply to say they have my ticket

Have you tried calling them by phone, and how many days you waited for their email as of now?

waited 2 days, calling from UK to Thailand will cost a small fortune on a mobile phone.

also strange sending renewal reminder 9 months before renewal.

my concern is if they have closed my account 3 months into this years licence that when their system does their licence checks will mine fail as their is no longer an account assigned to it

That does suck!

I have waited 4+ days for a response from them before, so slow support is not unusual. It is probably just a billing error when they merged everything together and hopefully they will work it out soon for you.

got a reply via the ticket ( used their offline life chat ) and the same reply via email

We've experienced a few licensing issues recently due to the new licensing portal, seems everyone's licenses are becoming invalid (new licenses).

Hopefully they can fix this soon, for now we're running just x3 & CleanPanel on select servers.

the RVskin licence is not the issue, this is running perfect and still shows as valid.

Its the fact their system says my account has been closed, yet it recognised my email to send me a new password when i used the forgot password option. I have several reseller clients using RV skin.

I understood your issue, I was just pointing out since the migration to one billing system they have been having other issues recently.

In your case, good luck. I think we'll be keeping RvSkin as it is quite popular but I just hope they can fix all the issues they are experiencing currently.

FIXED.

they eventually managed to get me access to my account, so RV skin now paid for another 12 months.

i never asked for a refund, i would of if i got nowhere by the end of the day.

they still never answered my question on why they sent the reminder 9 months before the due date

If you want to call outside your country, you could try smslisto, its a voip service and their rates are good. I use it to call from the Netherlands -> <- Japan often.
