Hello All,

I admit, I am a newbie to the hosting scene. However, I have been a customer of WinLogical since November of last year and have had nothing but great customer service from them. I was skeptical about getting my hosting from them at first, but the customer support staff answered my questions regarding a negative post on another forum almost immediately. Since becoming a WinLogical customer, I have bothered them with MANY questions on a weekly basis (I told you I was new at this). They've always been prompt with their replies and generous with their patience. I have found that since they launched a new online help desk, the responses have gotten even faster.

As far as the Australian registration on Who Is... Well, we do live in a global environment. All that really matters to me (outside how helpful they have been) is that the services of WinLogical are housed at The Planet. You can 'tracert http://www.winlogical.com' from your system prompt to prove it. That tells me they are giving me a great value by charging so little for The Planet's services.

By far, I am extremely thankful I chose WinLogical as my provider. Lots of Bang for the Buck!

Hi, please get in touch with me - you may either call +61 2 62625791 or contact info@nationalconnect.com.au. I know the manager of WinLogical.com pretty well.

I will provide you all the information you require and any assistance - Please realise that sometimes email may get lost in cyber space or your server may have refused his response.

You may either email me and I will give you a personal phone call.

Thanks

I seriously doubt that is the case here.

I doubt that is the case too. I know the guy who founded Winlogical, and from what he as told me after the company was sold to the Austrailian outfit (a couple of months ago), customer response has been next to nothing.

Given it seems everyone wants to get carried away with their own opinions here are some facts for you:

No support tickets are unanswered
No support emails have been unanswered

Support is available through www.winlogical.com/support or support@winlogical.com as it has been all along.

As far as individual client problems are concerned the best way for us to fix these is for those clients to notify us instead of first posting to a forum.

With regards to the comments by layerblue - we suggest you get your facts in order before posting in future.

Support since December has been within our stated goal (4 hour resolution) so we reject your comments, particularly given your competitive status.

Should any problems still exist we encourage our clients to contact us so we may resolve their issues.

An aggressive post - we don't think so, we just have a problem with our name being dragged through the dirt with no justification.

Let's now see whether this issue is over, or whether another forum member feels the need to have the last say.

Regards,

Winlogical

Ok, I think this thread is moving towards a flame war. I have requested that the thread be closed. If you would like to post a complaint or query about Winlogical, please feel free to post a new thread, as it is more considerate to the company WinLogical.

I would like to commend WinLogical on their very passive response and believe that if you can handle your support in the fit manner you have done so in this thread, there should be no problem with your support services whatsoever.

I realise that in forums such as these there is a very negative view towards hosts and things can get out of hand very easily. Thank you for controlling yourself and not allowing things to go that way here in this case.

Kind and warmest regards,
~Equinox

[EDIT]

Never mind, it isn't worth it - if anyone wants the FACTS that I just removed here, feel free to PM me.

I wouldn't trust competiting hosts offering the same products that make these claims.

MOD NOTE: Post edited. Personal attacks on other users are not allowed.

This thread is, in fact, becoming a flame war and is closed. This goes to all forum members: Please follow the HD rules...

I would like to add to what Marc explained that we do not want HostingDiscussion to be a place where members over-react and get aggressive with each other.

Those with direct experience and problems should resolve those issues outside of this forum directly with the company.
