Do they have a phone number? Have you tried calling them? Have you tried a followup E-mail?

Their WHOIS info pulls up an Australian address and information, but zeros in the phone number.

Their contact page says:
Quote:
Our support department is open 24/7/365 and all ticket issue's will be resolved in a max time of 5 hours. Most times ticket response time is 5 - 30 min
.

Have you tried to resend your email? Perhaps to different addresses? http://www.winlogical.com/about_contacts.htm

If all else fails, send an email to the address listed in their whois iain@rouse.id.au .

And if you still don't get a reply, then it's time to think about finding a new host.

Vito

Hello smiling4ever,
I'm very sorry to hear about this misforutune.. Unfortunately there have been several bad reviews in regards to Win Logical on this forum.

Reviewing their whois information - the address they have listed seems to be about 30 minutes drive from where I am currently located... Interesting.

I think the best thing you can do at present is to continue attempting to establish contact via email. You may also want to consider writing and sending a letter to the address listed.

I'd definately have to agree with vito there, after all that I think it'd be time for a new host.

Their sales E-mail address replied to my E-mail pretty quick confirming that they don't offer cPanel.

This has been said hundreds of times here, but it must be worth another try. Are you willing to sacrifice quality and the expense of a few dollars off? I think I'll leave it at that and give you this link:
Tired of the Cheap Hosts and Price Wars

It's understandable that you may have a strict budget to keep to, but you really need to think twice about "cheap hosting"

Another good read is http://www.webhostingtips.info
Keep in mind that your host has bills to pay too, and by cheap, how cheap are you willing to go? Keep in mind if you go too cheap you might run into another host that has similar problems as you are having now.

"cheap" is fine, just don't expect a 4 star meal for the price of a happy meal.

In other words, if your budget is small, at least be realistic when it comes to what you demand for that price.

Classic ! Got to file that one away

smiling5ever - are you running a business based on the services offered by your host ? commercial website ? reseller hosting etc ?
Then what is your business worth to you ?
Cheap is fine, as long as what you expect is cheap. Fast/Reliable/Stable etc on the oter hand don't necessarily come "cheap" ...

Do you buy the cheapest food when you shop - or the quality produce ?
Did you buy the cheapest car or pay more for something reliable ?
Did you get the cheapest mobile phone, or the one with the flashy-features you wanted ?

Why is your hosting any different ?

I don't necessarily think "cheap" is a preference, but more so it comes down to what you can afford.

The only time "cheap" is wanted, is when the precieved value of what you're buying, is low in your mind.
