Looking for a low-cost, reliable host.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- 50MB of space
- 5GB of bandwidth
- ASP, PHP, CGI (if it is possible to have all 3)
- Secure
- POP3/SMTP that can handle hundreds of ingoing/outgoing e-mails every month, such as a newsletter or something
- Autoresponder E-mail with no limit
- LOW COST! Around $5/month would be great. Will pay more, up to around $10 maybe if it has everything (maybe some more space/bandwidth atleast) as long as it is reliable.


Any suggestions?

that offer should not be hard to get, the asp and php thing mmight be the only thing holding you back

ASP is commonly used on Windows servers PHP on Linux/UNIX my experience is the two don't mix well on the same server
