Searching For VPS

I am looking for a VPS account with a few features:

15 GB to 20 GB Disk Space
150 Gb to 200 GB Data Transfer -- Data Transfer can be lower
Cpanel with Fantasico

just to let everyone know. I have found a provider and this is no longer needed.

I ended up using TekTonic as my provider. They have several backbone connections at thier datacenter in Atlanta. They provider un-managed accounts at decent pricing with un-metered bandwidth. Which in turn can be a profit alone.
