This is the first time I am going to buy a VDS.
I am going to buy a few and there is a company that I am going to go with for one of the VDS.
The following is roughly what I want:

4 GB Disk Space
35GB Transfer
128Mb Ram
Any control Panel (cPanel prefered, ensim least prefered)
Root access (For ability to create reseller accounts)
**Helpful Support**

Extras which would be nice:
At least 2IPs
Fantastico
I dont need any of these though

I am very interested in how your support is, you must have helpful support which is willing to dedicate some time when its needed.
Live chat would be nice, but not required.

please post prices below and include how long you have been in business, if you have a speedtest available, methods of support available, price to upgrade space and bandwidth in the future as well as the price for extra IPs.
