a few low traffic personal websites

Requirements:
25-30 GB transfer
5-10 GB disk space
Capable of hosting multiple domains
Supports wordpress
.htaccess
option to upgrade to VPS easily
5 SQL Databases
2 email accounts
cpanel

trying to spend <$60-$70 a year

free domain would be nice but not necessary.

I went on your website and I'm going for the Shared 3 Yearly package, it seems a good fit for what I wan't but does it have .htaccess?
