I was looking hosting for my board.

Veru importante in my board are posted some links to warez and mp3. Only links, we dont host pirated files.-

I need this :

300+ MB Space
25+ GB Bandwidht
3 subdomains
catchall email
5+ mysql database
yearly pay (wester union or paypal, because i'm in Chile)

You might want to know that according to the Internet Law and Jurisdiction, linking to illegal content is equally illegal to if you hosted them yourself.

How could it be illegal to link to another site? That sounds rediculous.

Yes it is. Because you might not host it, but you are still giving people a way to get to it via your site.
