Looking for Reseller WebHosting

I have about 100 accounts set up with available space set for 50MB - 250MB each.
However, only about a total of 1Gig has been actually used. (ie. over-selling)

I am looking for a new hosting company.
- MUST BE Cpanel/WHM
- need 2 nameserver ips
- need 1 dedicated ip for ssl
- data center preferably in west coast
- need SSH access for several of the accounts - not all

Basic Cpanel features.
- unlimited email addresses, subdomains etc

Yes we can manage most of this and more. But we cannot offer the SSH access.
