Hi,
I am looking to get a reseller package that will grow with my needs, i want to start off paying £10 per year, (so make your offers for that) and then will slowly expand the buissness. BUT if possible i want the host to provide dedicated servers as well as when my new webhost reaches a sufficient size i want them to help me move over to a dedicated server
The host must be reliable and have a good reputation, i dont want to offer my clients bad service. Also latest cPanel is a must and if possible the chance to have my own custom skins installed
Also Fantasitico installed would be nice as this is a useful addition

did you mean $10 per month??? Thats a lot to ask for for only $10 per year. You would probably find a package like that for around 15 to $20/month.

Hmm, what i am asking for is a small reseller to start off with, and its £10 per year which is roughly $20, so i want offers for what i can get for that, and then i want the host to let me purchase extra space and bandwidth as my new hosting company grows, reason i want to do it this way is i want to minimise the ammount of money i could lose, i am going to be investing the money i get from selling my half of the webhost i currently co-own (which by the way is a quite successful webhost with a good reputation, unfortunately i am unable to mention the name of this webhost).

i have never come across a reseller plan as low as $20, but you never know, there may be one out there. I must say though, that with starting any business, you must be willing to risk some money at first and hopefully you will make it. you may want to specify more as to what you are looking for to get the best possible price. Good luck in your search!

basically to start with i need about 100mb webspace and 10gb bandwidth for $20 a year, i then will establish the company site on that and as the company grows so will the reseller package, i want to be able to upgrade the package whenever i want, and be able to negotiate good prices with the webhost on the upgrades so that i am profitable and so is the company providing me with the reseller account

cdoverlaw, how can you expect your host to be profitable if he/she is only charging you $1.66/month for 100mb and 10gb? Have you done any research at all on the costs of operating a business?
$1.66 a month for this kind of package, especially a reseller package, doesn't even cover the cost of operations, never mind the transaction fees.

Any host who tells you it does is misleading you a probably overselling their services badly.

I used to run a successful webhost with my buisness partner so i understand what is viable, anyway i have found out i can up my budget to $50 a year for 250mb webspace and 17.5gb bandwidth, and i will then upgrade package as year progresse's

I still don't think that you'll have any luck with that. You should email a bunch of companies and see if they can do that for you.

That seems like the lowest price that you'll probably find even though its about $85 but its more space and bandwidth than you need, so it seems like a good fit if thats what you think you need.

I don't belive you can find any hosting for $20/annually. If I'm not mistaken we are still in year 2004 and the prices are not as low as you think they are my friend.

I'm going to echo everyone else's comments here. $50/year for even 100 mb space and 10 GB transfer would be a pretty large stretch IMHO. If you can only spare that much for a business, frankly you don't need to be in business. I'm not here to be rude, but costs do come up, it takes money to make money and $50 year just is not enough unless you expect to find a 100 MB, 5 GB transfer account.

I'm curious to know what type of business this was and how sucessful it was as well because even limited experience would tell you what you're asking for is just not viable...unless, of course, you believe in non-profit or sponsored reseller hosting.
