I'm going to echo everyone else's comments here. $50/year for even 100 mb space and 10 GB transfer would be a pretty large stretch IMHO. If you can only spare that much for a business, frankly you don't need to be in business. I'm not here to be rude, but costs do come up, it takes money to make money and $50 year just is not enough unless you expect to find a 100 MB, 5 GB transfer account.

I'm curious to know what type of business this was and how sucessful it was as well because even limited experience would tell you what you're asking for is just not viable...unless, of course, you believe in non-profit or sponsored reseller hosting.
