I’m looking for a reseller plan that meets the following at a minimum:

You must have a US office and phone number. If you provide only email support that’s fine, but a US office and phone number are a must. Support via chat on your website is a plus.

Reseller plan with cPanel/WHM
1 GB space (prefer 2 GB), 20 GB traffic/bandwidth per month
Legal adult content allowed (no child porn, bestiality, scat, etc)

Unlimited: accounts (each account has their own cPanel), domains, subdomains, parked domains, domain pointers, emails, POP3, autoresponders, aliases, forwarders, mailing lists, etc. (“unlimited” is subject to server capacities, or can be some number like 999999)

Standard features, including but not limited to, CGI (my own cgi-bin), SSI, “exec cgi” in SSI, .htaccess customization, custom error pages, mod rewrite etc, Perl, PHP, sendmail, ftp, file manager, webmail

Telnet would be nice but not necessary; SSH not needed, anonymous ftp not needed.

99% or better uptime of the server and network it’s on, meaning the hosting service is working and available to me provided my network and the internet are working (don’t play games with “network” vs “server” uptime semantics; if your server is up but your network is down, then I can’t access/use the host and so it’s down as far as I’m concerned).

No setup fee. On the order of $5-6 per month max with price freeze, ability to pay with credit card (Visa/MC) by a means other than PayPal. Would like at least 10 day money back guarantee. Willing to pay 12 months in advance depending on the deal, so give both monthly and annual pricing. (Note: I’ve actually seen some plans with quarterly or semi-annual pricing that is better than annual pricing, e.g., 15/quarter and 70/year, so if that’s the case with you, then give your lowest prepaid pricing.)

Please include your CPU specs in your reply.

Oh, and one more thing. Please save both your time and mine and refrain from the replies along the lines of "you're not going to find that much for that price." I've found several hosts with the above features and price, but the problem is that they are not in the US which is why I am trying this avenue to find one in the US.
