We manage a few newsletters, all legit and can spam compliant, but we do get some spamcop complaints here and there, from people not remembering they signed up. Nothing major and never had any issues with the big guys like SPamhaus or Spews. Again all legit...we are very strict on that!

Minimum specs: Celeron with 512MB, 40GB... no setup fee and under $100 Let me know how many IPs you include and how much extras are. ALso do you provide /24s and how much are they?

How long is the delay to set it up
