Where would I find more information on starting a reseller program? Are there services or applications out there that can provide some infrastructure or give a 'quick start'?

You may start your own reseller business from buying a reseller account. It'll be the best tutorial for you. You may read a lot of materials about running a reseller business but only your own experience will teach you how to do it correctly. I can judge about it taking into consideration my own experience. I started my business from ahosting.biz and thanks to them I got much web hosting knowledge.

Your question made two sense to me. One you are asking about web hosting reseller program or anyother program to resell. Well, unless I get any confirmation question of yours I am unable to help you.
