1) Prefer the 24/7 support (actual support, due to some reseller provider just mention only, not really supported).

2) Knowledgebase for your update and answer client question.

3) Uptime guarantee to avoid any violet of the servers.

I haven't used a reseller account in several years but I keep hearing good things about HostGator. You might want to check them out.
