I never used it and heard many reviews. Im going to have to pass on this one. But i heard that it oversells sometimes. And i dont get it.

It all depends on how reliable and dependable your hosting provider is. Hosting providers with a strong business plan and a great team of server administrators can offer very reliable master reseller hosting packages.

A alpha master reseller is more reliable to start a host business because haver more features,.

Master resellers are great for beginners as it lets your host deal with all the server issues should they arise. With Master resellers you can sell resellers and shared, and if your clients need help it is important to have a host that can answer your questions and has good support. Prices for Master resellers vary but if you look around you can find good hosts that offer them at affordable prices.

If you are going to be spending $20 - $25 dollars for a Master Reseller your better off getting a VPS (around $10-$15) and slapping cPanel (VPS license around $13)

There you will have full control and SSH access, versus being packed with many other Master Resellers. Just remember the more accounts on the server means the more security you have to have. One account can take down the whole server!

As what was said above, a VPS would be a much better option in my opinion. You would be isolated and not need to worry about other users / resellers that share would otherwise share the server.

VPS is better than reseller IMO.
The costs are almost the same.
