What are you trying to do? Create a site that sells domains, and create a site that sells server monitoring? If you really want to get in with a low budget, contact BOTH of those companies, they offer whitelabel solutions.

I think everyone here is confused, but it comes down to needing to know what the portal is for. If the person can supply this info then the geeks (not nerds) can stop beating their heads against a brick wall.

Maybe a trans-dimensional portal? Could be possible if you mix enough technologies. Then again current human technology may not be enough to sustain a stable trans-dimensional portal for more than a nano second.
