i need help in lil coding

i have designed one website ,, and i want that ,,, my site should be displaying a section Of "latest news" on the left and that should be moving.. like the box displayed in www.funmaza.com ,,,the name of the box is "updated links" on www.funmaza.com.

can anybudy guide me regarding that ,,,, looking forward for sum nice idea's

i got hit with 4 pop ups looking at your site, plus there is an excessive amount of ads on your site.

that site is nit mine ,, i just wanted to give u sample of work that i wanted on my website that is still to be launched ,,,
there is one more site ,, www.apniisp.com ... i hope that there are no pop ups on this site ,, there is a box ,, with the name "latest updates",,,in that box they are showing latest news ,, i want that my latest news section should be like them ,, also ,, moving like them ,, i cant get that moving effect,, plz help in this regard ,,

To learn the technique, all you need to do is take a look at the code they use on the page. In this case the part responsible for the "moving effect" is this:

I designed www.forumpakistan.com, I think its better designed and even there are no pop ups, no ads. So you think that forum pakistan is better designed.
