best place for banners

Where is the best palce you have used, or know of, for banners?
From what I have seen, Frank from getabanners.com does pretty good work.
I have seen a few others which did good work for a bit cheaper but cant remember their websites.

How much did you pay for a banner?
Did it take long until you got your banner?

Franks is the only place I know of to get a banner done, never got any banners made professionally before..

All my banner from getabanners.com. I order 2 banner & I got one banner in one day & the other got it next days.

Pretty good job he did of my banner & Logo. I bring all my client to him.

My friend does banners (animated for 5 dollars a peice) he made the 1 I currently use. He doesnt have a site buy if you want to im him his Sn is Oxidesign he does great work
