I'm looking for a quality and exclusive hosting directory site (design or existing or script). I already have the domain name and it will need to be incorporated in design.

I'm looking for a directory site that will allow me to post top 10 hosts in main page and the other others will be posted throughout the site. All will be posted with affiliate links. I don't need anyone to be able to add their own site. If they do, they will have to fill out a contact form and have it sent to me via email for review.

I need lots of space for google adsense and small and big banners. This site must be professionally done and not crappy like most sites I've seen. This site must have an admin panel also. If you have an existing script, that's fine also, as long as it can be modified and customize. It needs areas for articles, news and more.
