Does anyone here use usertesting.com to have reviews done on their sites? I have heard that you get some very helpful tips this way that can give you ideas on how to improve your sites. I have read some reviews by website hosts who have been very pleased with the improvements they made that were suggested by Usertesting reviewers that actually helped draw in more traffic to their sites.

Never heard of them or used them but I will take a look and see what they have to offer out of sheer curiosity.

The best resources I have found for input on my web sites are forums and friends. Forums you tend to get more criticism which is good because it gives you a better feel for what people don't like. Your friends tend to tell you what they do like and leave out what they don't. By using both methods you get a good feel for what needs to stay the same and what needs changed.
