I once used a company named COMSDEV for some of my flash banners to launch a marketing campaign. They did good job in reasonably good price. Here is their website,

http://www.comsdev.com

You may contact someone there to hire them for your job.

Good Luck,

Are you referring to like a banner that constantly changes in appearance and what-naught? Wouldn't that slow older computers down?

I thought graphics like this were a bad idea for websites?

http://www.bannaz.com/

Have a look at their portfolio and I am sure you will recognize many of the advertisements running from various popular companies.

I make flash banners.

And no, with the cpu speeds/ram & internet connections we have today flash is much less of a hindrance on an internet browsers experience. I build most of my sites with flash content. Even if its just a small animation, they liven up a website nicely
