With sites like Amazon Mechanical Turk, Odesk, and Guru it seems like it would almost be more cost effective to sub out design/template building. Do you currently do everything yourself or sub out?

Mostly sub out when it comes to design, and there are a few sites that do only design like Creative.gd and such. It is cheaper and you can choose what you want and make modifications to the designs.
