I have seen a gazillion of such services that offer AdSense ready sites. None of them ever worked well.

Services that offer domain parking such as Parked.com work best, but then you have to have a great portfolio of domains to be accepted.

That was an interesting demo, but I wonder how many click throughs are generated via these types of sites. Whenever I see one pop up as the result of a search, I normally move on.

From my experience these tools are useless. There is no easy way with AdSense to earn money. You got to create content and keyword your but off to make it work on your own and make some success.

First, register for google adsense service then start creating your adsense unit to your website.

Content, when it comes to AdSense has a second priority. Keywords are the most important thing to consider! Find good keywords and just wrap content around them.

Using tools like this my CTR has actually gone down. Avoid them.

You could always set your clients 404 pages to display ad's although I would never do such a thing because they would be angry.

CMS is the tread now.
Advertisement is also one of the best feature that this CMS is offering. Layout and design is also not a problem.

There's no instant recipe for profit when it comes to Adsense. You can't just register any old domain, upload a ready-made page, and expect the profits to come rolling in. You'll rarely, if ever, get anyone to click through - especially if you don't have enough content for Adsense to display any relevant ads.
