Hi,
I am an online outsource provider. I got many offer to convert a picture to html or CSS. I don't understand what is this. Picture will be converted to html code?? please help someone.

A picture itself can not be converted to HTML code. Are you possibly looking to slice the image for display on an HTML page? It sounds like a customer gave you an image (page layout) and said - convert that to HTML - which would mean slicing the image, layout the tables (or using CSS) and have the picture/website display.

Did I get that right?

Yes, I understood the same thing like handsonhosting. Otherwise, a picture can not be converted to HTML code or CSS

? As said earlier, pictures cannot be converted to html or css.

Then why post??

Anyway, to the OP.
Precisely what this means is to slice the image(commonly a PSD), and rarely does a proficient design/developer use tables for site layout anymore, it just doesn't make sense.
