Ok, I need help with my SSL Cert. I have had my Server provider reinstall it and some people have problems.
I have no problem using it, but a lot of other people can not visit my site. Browsers that people are having trouble with are Safari, FireFox, Opera, and Netscape.
I was hoping those of you who use these browsers and some that I did not list could visit my site using https and tell me if you get an error. Also, if you do get an error could please take a screenshot??
I appreaciate any help you can give me. I just need to see the errors.

Firefox 3.8* works fine.. IE8, safari, and opera all get some type of error. I don't mean to be rude, but as a hosting provider shouldn't you know more than most about SSL? I mean you say your provider install it but aren't you your own provider?

Could there have been some sort of caching issue?
It works fine for me, too. Do you know if the browsers that have trouble are the latest versions?

I don't get an error in IE8. Do you have screenshots?

SSL is not my thing, and also, I ment the place where I get my servers from installed it. I know the owner and he was kind enough to help me out with it.
IE is fine..IE works for everyone, it is just the other browsers. Also, yes I have screen shots of FF and Safari.

This doesn't seem like a paid SSL certificate with 99+% browser recognition. Am I correct?
If so, I'd recommend paying for such an SSL certificate. There's really no need for you to use HTTPS on pages other than the order page/member account/billing/etc.

It is a paid SSL, but, I will go ahead and get another one if the problem can not be fixed.

Well, my provider wanted to keep messing with the cert before I went get a godaddy cert, so he needs to know if the problem still exsists.
Please go to https://www.fusion-hosts.com and tell me if you get an error..Please use every browser except IE.
ALSO, PLEASE CLEAR YOUR CACHE! This is to ensure the old cert is not on your browser. I appreaciate any help you guys can provide me.

Firefox and other browsers don't re-cache as fast as IE does. Your cert will work fine for everyone else in about 72 hours or less, don't worry.

Well, we have had problems with this cert for sometime now and I really want to get it working for all browsers as this costs me signups and visitors.

Works fine for me with firefox on linux although I see it as Comodo PositiveSSL not RapidSSL.
Also works with Opera.
