Yes that is true. And I want to state that I don't like the fact that some companies dictate those rules, Google for example. I spend almost all my work trying to please Google. I hate it!

No its possible. Actually never thought of this, but yes, this is just possible. Its better to alter the entire template and remove the "its mine" links from it.

Hello all...

All are good at their own views.. But i must agree and appreciate Rome and Steve.. That if you are not stand in the crowd and having different design and content too you will more likely visiting by many.. If your site is like the others it will definitely loss the popularity among the customers and not noticed buy them...

You can use templates, themes or masterpages (in .NET webpage) for developing your website. As long as long each your webpage have its own titles, meta tags and contents. No same contents from multiple pages from your site is acceptable.
