Every now and again a beautiful, yet simple and inspiring, websites comes to our attention which we forget and don't note down. Don't let that happen, save the chance of simplicity from oblivion .

But whats sadder then bookmarking an amazing design, visit it a few months later and find it is closed down and replaced with a link page.

Pity there isn't a site that sells dead designs.... maybe I should start it

I've started saving them into a favorites folder recently.

I have done that, got about a 1,000, but as I say, many die, such a shame.

I keep relatively few bookmarks, so I only add websites I might borrow concepts/colorschemes/etc. from, or can find some other use for.

And I like the idea of a site that resells designs for dead sites!

No use book marking, when computer crashes, book marks just go away! I am done with book marking, i just maintain an excel file.

I'm also an avid bookmarker of beautiful sites There are many galleries for outstanding design also, such as CSSVault.

I've seen many beautiful designs but never bookmark them. Even if I did, I won't browse the bookmarks someday to look at nice designs.

I'm the opposite of you WhiteOwl. I bookmark beautiful websites and open them when I'm bored to admire.

We forgot to mention 'UNIQUE' I prefer to have a website designed and developed like no ones seen before. Simple and professional designs are always a plus but I strive for uniqueness.

Agreed, a beautiful design means little if your competition is sporting it also

A beautiful designs means nothing if it is not functional! Give me function and usefulness over "beauty" any day.

I like simple websites, but every now and then a few bells and whistles will catch my eye and I will bookmark them.
