We would all like to get back links, but in terms of traffic point of I would like to prefer those back links who generates a good amount of targeted traffic. Mostly I don't care about do-follow or no-follow tags, probably it would not be in my best interest to do so and who cares? Sometimes when I am feeling to bored, then I do blog commenting (mostly on car & bike blog. I hope my boss won't see this post )

Nice Dofollow Blogs list but if you search in Google through keyword based you can more active daily blogs updated frequently. It works fine - so try this

In my opinion, forums where newbie's posts are moderated are more reliable because they this action prevents spammers which can eventually cause a down time to web.
