Custom Tutorials

Hello all,

I am thinking about creating and making Video tutorials for Cpanel/WHM and WHMCS.

First let me ask this, is there any free software to use to make videos like this.

Second, If I was to create all these, is selling allowed, due to the fact that it would be based on known software.

There are shops out there that sell tutorials:

www.demodemo.com
www.demowolf.com
are just a couple of best known.

So I would ask myself a question: what do I specialize in: web hosting or tutorials?

If you do not intend to make a living making/tutorials, I would focus on developing and running a web hosting business instead of spending time creating custom tutorials.

If you intend to launch the project and compete with the above named tutorial service providers professionally (who do that full time), then it would probably be beneficial of you spending the time.

I am assuming that given the success of DemoDemo and DemoWolf, you can sell tutorials based on Cpanel, WHMCS, etc. Unfortunately I wouldn't know the software they use.

I would also recommend DemoWolf to have your custom tutorials. They are certainly very good for your business.

Ok guys here is what I am thinking,
I want to create these videos and sell them, but when I say sell I do not mean as much as those other guys do.

And they will be way more in depth tutorials, I will cover WHMCS integration and all the features of this software.

I also plan on show everything from basic to advanced in CPanel and WHM.

I also would like to create videos on how marketing and seo stuff works.

I just need a software in which will record my screen and allow me to either talk or right captions so people understand.

BBFlashback Express is good as well.

I would however check their EULA to ensure you are permitted to sell the products to make with their free version.
