Lynda.com has updated information, and they answer questions outside the box. I studied these programs at New Horizons and preferred Lynda, so make sure you get good instruction.

Youtube should be the first preference for something to learn and if you are not satisfied then go with paid courses.

I keep a pluralsight membership and I use them all the time. Well worth the money. Pretty much anything you can think of with great courses.

Illustrator i use but its really straight forward to me , as for photoshop if you are looking for some quick tips by a guy whom by my little knowledge looks like he knows what he is doing , checkup "Phlearn" on youtube. He does a good job of explaining what he does in everystep.
