I dunno, I was browsing around the forums and I am pretty familiar with HostGators new design. When I saw this guy named SkyJuice. I went to his site to take a peak and the design for him and host gator are exactly the same. I am pretty sure HostGator can afford to buy a unique template, but just incase they didn't, any ideas on this? I just find 2 sites with the same subject matter looking exactly the same is hilarious. Maybe Sky can shed some light on this?

Oh yeah, that is weird! Hmm, at the footer of HostGator's website, it says the design is by Inverse-Logic, but on SkyJuiceWebhosting, there is no credit line. And I doubt Inverse-Logic would sell the same template to both of them.

If this is a rip SkyJuice, I would advice you find yourself a good designer who can re-design your company for you. You could have a possible suite or HostGator may contact you. Hopefully it is not a rip, but it looks more and more like it.

Looks like a rip to me SkyJuice has not been in busniess for even a month yet.
And Inverse-Logic do one of a kind designs they are not like Template Monster. Host Gator will probably read this sooner or later,

wot are the consequences if u do get caught by them.

Technically, it is a copyright violation, so if HostGator chooses to take legal action, they can be sued. Most likely, HostGator will either contact them directly to change the content, or contact their provider who will in turn suspend the account since it will most likely be a violation of the Terms of Service.
