I actually think it might be interesting to hear managed.com's current owner's view on this thread.
I think there going through enough lawsuits right now haha.... I don't think they would have time :p

Their logo?
I made a new one, the original logo was something that looked like the core of a atom with Managed.com next to it, this is deffinatly not something similair.

As for WHP,
I dont really care wether they agree or not,
I already had permission when Managed.com wasnt even owned by them,
and they had nothing to do with the creation of it, so I guess that pretty much actually dont give them the right to complain about it, if they wanted to.

**Predicts ANMMark says "Now Now there's no need to be rude or disruptive **

I don't think WebHostPlus would care especially after reading this:

Are you an idiot or your e-mail is set-up for the kindergarten?

I personally sent you 4 times the welcome letter with all server’s info next day after you signed up and you complained to PayPal the server wasn’t delivered?

CANCELED, moron

I must say,

I am using services from DWH,
and this far they have done nothing but quick server setups, good support, being friendly and helping me out whenever I had a problem that could effect me and/or my clients...

They are deffinatly there to help me out,
Hell, I even got my own basic IP range and a rack at no extra costs to expand in, they have great deals.

Their logo has been the same since 2001, and that can be proven. The design in question was their's since 2003, and they still use some of the design.

Why on earth you would want to jeapordize your business by using a design that is easily recognizable as being someone else's design is beyond me.

Absolutely no need to be intentionally rude or disruptive.

Yep, I'm aware of that,
need to fix the source after I screwed it to make better place for text.

You could always put it where managed.com put it...the text placement in their design seemed to work for them. Since you're using their design, I would imagine their text placement would work just as well.

Just an update. The Ex-Customer has been refunded of $230.00.
Once Liroy has confirmed this hopefully the thread can be closed since the thread did go off topic.

Best Regards,

No problem, good luck with the CoreISP venture and DEDIWebHost. All I'm going to say in terms of Dediwebhost, there not a bad provider however they lack consistancy; If you see changes in them which you will just be aware of it.

P.S John says Hello.
