If this isnt a strange way of meeting you again!
What a very nice coincidence, I must admit I didnt expect this,
I just run a search to see what results I get, and I get no one less then the guy that ripped me off a few months ago, how very convenienent, because I already thought I lost a way to contact you

Anyway, first of all, Thank you for giving me more publicity and for apparantly still checking my site occassionaly

Second:

You still owe me alot of money, Sir!

230 euro isnt just a small ammount, dont you agree?
I wonder what kind of story you have ready this time after running away from my posts and messages at WHT.
(WHT Link 1, WHT Link 2)
Could you be so kind to contact me quickly here or via email to provide me with the funds that you stole from me a few months back with your Equonix.com?
That would be greatly appreciated.

Further more,
that design was provided by you to me, so I thank you for being so kind to point out that you have ripped it (although you could have said this to me when you sent the .zip for back then with ServerCarte), although I still have permission to use the design

I wish you a nice day,
and expect you to contact me soon.

Yours,
- Liroy

Yes I did send you the files, however I had the orginal files including the .fla and .psd files. However didn't expect it to be used in production when I gave it to you and sold the domains servercarte.com etc.. to you.

I was already working on that design, and you already sent the files, when I was managing servercarte.com for you...

Amusing by the way, that you do acknowledge that you actually received that email, but you never replied to it, and actually ignored all emails, even the friendly one's, sent to you.

Was the only email I received, but after I read that line I did intentionally ignore it for obvious reasons. Then again there was a time I received large portions of spam so I may have skimmed it.

I requested an account ban on WHT because someone claimed they ordered a HP Proliant Server from me whereas it wasn't.

As for WHT Threads, I've never read them because alot of it tends to be rubbish and alot of the rubbish was created by Wiresix.

Well the thread about the ongoing problems were alot of clients complaining that their server was down.
Reason was, as far as I know, that DWH unplugged all them for non-payment, therefor, the clients were pretty screwed and lost their money,
so it would have been good to read that thread (Link #1 I think in my first post) because it shows alot of angry ex-clients.

Okay, now I hate to barge in here, but I see absolutely no mention of managed.com....the actual rightful owners of the design, and also the logo design, since 2003.

I mean it's nice to see that guys have met again, in this crazy big world. However, I think it would be time to kiss and make up, and hope that Managed.com doesn't find out.

Incorrect. They unplugged the servers because they claimed Paypal did 20 Server Reverse charges however when I rang Paypal they confirmed no charges were made. They wanted to fork out $2k (again) to reactivate the servers not to mention $25.00 reaction fee's for the 20 servers. [However, Lewis was offered the reaction fee waived but ignored it]

This wouldn't have been my problem if annouced a month before I was no longer the owner. The additional 100 Servers which were invoiced after was not my problem however Lewis failed to invoice customers and failed to pay DWH's invoices.

I've spoken with some of the old employees of Managed.com including the ex owner (And it's minions) and they find it absolutly hillarious than anything else. I doubt WHP have the rights to the old design even though old pages like: http://www.managed.com/index5.htm still exist.

Hello Marks,

I have just been directed to this thread and would like to seek some clarification.

Is it safe to assume that you are Mark Smith, the previous owner of Equonix?

Thank you.

Hello Mark,

My apologies for the off topic on your thread but you and we were in direct communications during the Paypal investigation and I did update you directly as to what was going on.

You knew about the situation and we did try to help you out by extending the servers for as long as we can before we initiated the unplug. We cannot possibly keep the server up if it is not being paid for.

Thank you.

Here is the problem I see with this. You just said you spoke with old employees, and the ex owner. They cannot speak for managed.com as far as I can see, based on those statements.

Additionally, the logo is clearly the same, and you simply cannot take someone's brand identity without them getting a slight perturbed.

I actually think it might be interesting to hear managed.com's current owner's view on this thread.

I didn't receive notice in my PayPal account or though email of these charges, I phoned PayPal and they couldn't verify the chargeback’s.

That is true you did hold the servers until Easter Monday and was grateful for that however you didn't help with the situation on WebHostingTalk which led to false allegations created by the competition.

As already stated if I had already contacted you a month prior to the fiasco that Equonix was sold on February 24th none of this would have been my problem however the finger would have still been pointed on me.

When DediWebHost first started everyone was fantastic but as you became consumed by money and orders your lack of interest in your Customers was your downfall and communication became extremely poor... and talking to friends who are medium resellers of DWH they are beginning to notice it.

I'm not hear to slander DWH because that's what WHT is for but from the day I ordered DD10018 which was the first server I ordered you were great up until January where things started to change and I'm sure if you talk to a few of your resellers they wouldn't mind some changes.

This is history and respectively I'm sure you agree we want to both move on from this. However lucky for you, you’re not the one being slated.
