We have had great all around experiences with this company: www.overnightprints.com

Have them send you some free samples: http://www.overnightprints.com/main.php?A=samples

My recent card is double sided color, UV glossy on front with rounded corners. They will print your order by night and depending on your shipping options, can have it shipped by the next morning. I did the 2-day shipping and was very happy with this service!

The best deal ANYWHERE for good quality 4 color cards is at gotprint.com.

Even with shipping charges you can't beat the price or the quality.

Check em out! You won't be sorry.

Those prices seem a little expensive.

Many of the local "printers" around me send business card projects out to a 3rd party. Although there are always ones that will do it in-house. Good luck with the business cards.

Here's another vote for www.overnightprints.com - I've been using them for a couple years, and even used them for some of my design clients (although I don't sell business cards anymore). But be sure you closely follow their design and setup guidelines - things turn out much nicer that way
