Everything looks very good except that at the top you have given links of "Resellers", "Shared" etc in "Hosting Network" of which I think is no need because you have already those links in tab beneath the top banner.

your site is very neat and tidy. I like it a fair bit. Nice designing.

The Mission statement needs work. are you talking to customers or fellow webhosts? Work on the focus and grammar.
The Mkyo acronym should be featured more prominently.
The banner looks good but i think your mkyo message should be there.
I like the side panels I hate when peopleleave that blank or overdo it.
Abbeviate your mission message so the whole box fits in one frame, no scroll.
instead of ryan@mkyo in the panel of choices, put webmaster#mkyo or something to fit with the broad categories listed above.
