Overall - very nice.

Bits I like are the image titles (like "reliable, secure hosting" with the underline graphic).

You need to work on the flash header - ok in DSL but I got bored waiting for it in 56K - so you need to optimize the images - very nice though.

I would also change the apache, mysql, redhat and php logos at the bottom to white - as someone not in the industry would not know them from the logo and the text is difficult to read (the php logo is just a black circle).

Hahaha! very well made web site. Well used frog-theme and lovely colors that work great together.
