Looks good. The only thing I'd suggest is less blue, or more other colors. Overall great job.

but what i think in our pure web design industry with versatile clients' requests we used to visit diff. css galleries. in css galleries there are marvelous web designs available.

Very nice design, clean with great flow. My suggestions would be to remove the search from the bottom, keeping the one at the top and adding a button next to it. I would remove your ad, and choose a vertical size instead to be placed under "Tags". For an artistic touch, and to create more memorability, I'd put a custom banner in your "Rome's Blog" space.
