That is one hot website my friend! Love the presentation, the front promotional banner/graphics and the animation is awesome (reminded me a bit of FireHost).
I would have tried perhaps to make the top navigation a little more graphical, but it looks fine as it is.

You wouldn't use a spoon to shovel snow, or cook an egg with a hairdryer. Sure, you'd eventually clear your driveway, and given enough time you might get to eat your omelette - but had you selected the right tools for the task in the first place, you'd have gotten things done quicker and more efficiently.
Nice website design! I loved how it changes colors as you navigate through it. I thought the video was well done, very professional and it kept me interested in watching.
