Well, I checked all of the options that my company offers and it didn't come up. Also the profile update form works, well it changes however it doesn't change on the actual profile page.

I just clicked all the options you offer and performed a seach and it brought me directly to your profile. Basically, if you are the only host to offer everything that the searcher is looking for then it brings them directly to your profile. Can you double check for me that that does not work for you?

I'll now check into the updating of your profile.

We logged into your account and were able to successfully update things in your profile (of course we reset them). We checked everything except for updating your password as we did not want to change that. Can you double check this too, please? Thank you.

When I visit, http://hostcomb.com/view_profile.php?host_id=7 which is my profile, nothing has been updated or reset.

We updated it, checked it, and then put the values back so you wouldn't see a change.

EDIT: Give me your screen name on some sort of IM client so I can contact you.
