WireNine, I really like the design of your website. Very clean and easy to navigate. I believe it would be helpful to your customers and your support staff if you add some knowledgebase articles to your helpdesk. Good luck!

One suggestion is that on all of the pages except for the index, you make the flash header static without the animation. It becomes somewhat of an annoyance when it goes through the whole animation again for every page you visit.
