On a cPanel based server, resources are allocated per cPanel, so a VPS with 4 GB RAM, 2 CPU Cores, 20 cPanel accounts will perform way poorer than a cPanel with 1 GB RAM, 1 CPU core on a 32 GB RAM/24 core physical server.
so what is the difference of having 25 shared accounts on a VPS to having 1 reseller account who has 24 shared accounts.
NON as you still have 25 shared accounts on the server, just that 1 of then has been given reseller privileges.
EVERY account on a VPS is a shared account just that some are given resellers or master reseller privileges
