Given that I've been using Freshdesk support ticketing software for a while (which I like a lot), I get updates on the whole lineup of products by the same company.

Just learned about their new upcoming product I thought I'd share with the rest of you, which is a live chat software Freshchat ( that looks interesting. If it is built as good and as beautifully as the rest of the products in their lineup, it is a promising application.

I know that when we conduct regular conversations about the best live chat solutions web hosts prefer, Tawk, Livezilla, Zopim, MyLiveChat are commonly named. Hardly we can name something "best" before it is even released (time will tell if it joins the rank of best live chat solutions), BUT, there is an opportunity to get it free for life for upto 5 users if you sign up during beta, which alone makes it worthy of a try. I signed up, but there looks to be a waiting period until access to it is granted, so I cannot comment on how it functions yet.
