Would you want to keep a client that does not pay bills on time.
I think late fees work, as it informs a client if they don't pay on time then they have to pay a fee.
We charge 20% or £2 whichever is greater late fee after 2 days overdue and at the same time of account suspension and so far any client that has been late pays this without question.
