Hopefully this is in the right place; my apologies if it's not, but it concerns WHMCS, so I'm assumed so. I found the instructions on this page:
So I made the change to our own (central) timezone, then logged out and logged back in. Timezones still not correct for orders placed, etc. Does this require some kind of different way to load it? I wouldn't think so, since I've added other items to the configuration.php file with no issues and it picking up on them immediately.
