Savvis secures new loan

Managed hosting provider Savvis has secured a $550 million term loan and a $75 million revolving credit facility to spend in outstanding securities and a repayment of its revolving credit loan. The arrangements are led by Bank of America-Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanly Senior Funding.

Dediserve raises $1.3 million for expansion

An Irish-based web hosting provider Dediserve has secured $1.34 million in financing. The funding, which was acquired from a private investment group, will be used to increase staff, data center sites, and pursue expansion via acquisition. The company also announced it will open sites in the US, UK, and Dublin by the end of 2010.

Horizon Data Center lands $7.5 million in funding

$7.5 million in institutional funding has been secured by Horizon Data Center Solutions to finance the addition of new facilities and expand its managed IT services which includes its platform for private cloud computing.

Highbridge Business Park secures $255M in financing for a new DC

Highbridge Business Park, a UK-based data center provider has secured financing in the amount of $255 million in to build a new DC at Cobalt Park, North Tyneside, UK. The funding for a new 45,875 square feet data center came from a group of investors from Chancery Tax.
